Who we are
87Street is a DBA of Unboredly LLC. Unboredly LLC is responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number if you add one, profile photo, and the location you set (a ZIP or an address kept as an area and a point rounded to about a kilometre). For professionals: business address, license details and identity verification results.
Bookings, messages on 87Street, saved places and payment profile identifiers (never full card numbers; Stripe holds those).
For professionals: the names, phone numbers and emails of customers they add to their list, used only to connect those customers when they join.
How we use it
To match you with professionals who can reach you, to run bookings and payments, to send you the notifications you have turned on, and to keep the marketplace safe.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
Your mobile number is used to send the text messages you turned on, and to honour STOP, START and HELP replies.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone, except the text-message provider that delivers the messages you asked for.
Who sees what
Professionals see your first name and your area with a request, and your service address once a booking is confirmed. Clients see a professional’s storefront, area and, for shops, the business address.
Service providers who process data for us: Convex (hosting), Stripe (payments), Didit (identity verification), Geoapify and the US Census Geocoder (addresses), Expo (push notifications), Resend (email) and Telnyx (text messages). Each receives only what its job needs.
Your choices
Change your location, saved places and notification preferences from your profile. Turn texts off in the app or reply STOP. Export your data or delete your account from the Account section.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. After deletion, payment records are kept as required for accounting, with personal details removed. A STOP reply is kept so we never text that number again until it replies START.
